Basics
Who are the best Christmas light installers in Fayette County?
We would say us. We are Fayette County's number one Christmas light installers, with 3+ years behind us and 300+ homes lit. You do not have to take our word for it. Look at the photos, ask for a quote, and compare.
What does hanging Christmas lights cost in Tyrone, GA?
Expect $8 to $15 for every linear foot of roofline we light. Low, simple roofs sit near $8. Tall, steep, cut-up roofs sit near $15. Give us your address and we will put a real number on it.
What does the price cover?
All of it: the lights, the labor, fixes during the season, takedown and storage. There is no add-on bill for any of those parts.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, on both counts. If something goes wrong while we are on your property, you are protected.
Do I need to buy lights first?
No. Everything we hang is ours. We bring it, we hang it, and we haul it away and store it in January.
When should I book Christmas light installation near Tyrone?
The earlier in the fall, the better. The calendar fills a little each week, and the people who ask first get the day they want.
Do you work on businesses or only houses?
Both. Shops, restaurants, offices and shopping centers are regular jobs, and so are neighborhood entrances and clubhouses.
Which towns near Tyrone do you cover?
Tyrone, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Brooks, Senoia and Sharpsburg. Close to one of those but not on the list? Call and ask.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Call or text 470-748-3065, or fill out the form. The price you get carries no obligation.
Who gets the lights down after the holidays?
Our crew does, in early January. Your ladder stays in the garage.
What if part of the display goes dark in December?
Tell us by phone or text and we will come back and repair it. Your original price already covers the visit.
What is the quickest way to reach you?
A call or text to 470-748-3065. The phone is answered daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.
Houses
What does it cost to put Christmas lights on a house in Fayette County?
Roofline lighting is $8 to $15 per linear foot with everything included. Trees, wreaths and walkway lights are separate line items on your quote.
How many feet of lights will my house need?
There is no single answer. A small ranch with a short front edge might be a hundred feet or less, while a big two-story with several gables can run several times that. We measure each edge you want lit.
What does lighting a two-story house cost?
Higher homes usually land in the middle or upper part of the range, since reaching the eave takes more equipment. A steep roof moves it up again.
Does a steep roof cost more to light?
Yes. Pitch slows the work down and calls for more safety gear, so steep roofs are priced higher per foot than gentle ones.
Will the clips hurt my roof, gutters or siding?
No. Our clips are made for shingle edges, gutters and fascia, and nothing gets nailed or stapled in. When the lights come off, your trim looks like it did before.
Can you light brick, stone or stucco houses?
Yes. Lights ride on the roof edge, gutters and trim, so the wall material does not matter.
Can you wrap the trees in my yard?
We can. We wrap trunks and bigger limbs and outline shrubs. Trees are priced by size, so a quick photo helps us quote it.
Do you only do white lights?
No. Choose warm white, cool white, red, green, blue or a mix. Describe the look you are after and we will fit it to your house.
Can my display turn on and off by itself?
Yes. A timer can switch the lights on at dusk and off at the hour you pick. Bring it up when you ask for a quote.
What if I have no outdoor outlet?
Let us know up front. We will look at the best place to plug in and plan the cord path before install day.
Do I have to be home?
Usually no. We only need access to the exterior and the outlet. You will get a message when we show up and another when we are done.
How long does the install take?
One visit handles most houses. Large homes, lots of trees or a detailed design can take longer, and we will say so before we begin.
Can I expand my lighting in a later year?
Easily. Your layout stays on file, so adding a gable, a tree or wreaths next season is a simple change.
Can I get the same design every year?
Plenty of homeowners do. We put it up, keep it running, take it down and store it, then repeat the next year.
Businesses
What does commercial Christmas lighting cost in Fayette County?
Same method as homes: a per-foot rate between $8 and $15, shaped by how tall and detailed the building is. Window frames, columns and signs get quoted as extras.
Can you work when we are closed?
Yes. Early mornings, evenings and multi-day phases keep your front door clear during business hours.
Which kinds of businesses do you light?
Restaurants, retail shops, offices and professional buildings come up most.
We are one of many tenants in a center. Can you handle that?
We can. The shared roofline and common areas can be one project, and each tenant who wants a lit storefront can join in.
Can you use our brand colors?
Yes. We can build around your colors or keep a traditional holiday palette. We settle that with you before anything goes up.
Will you deal with my landlord or property manager?
Happily. We send a written quote and proof of insurance for whoever needs to sign off.
What happens when a commercial strand goes out?
We fix it fast. A dark patch on a storefront hurts more than having no lights, so we treat those calls as a priority.
Do you remove and store commercial lights?
Yes. Takedown happens in early January and storage is included.
Are you insured and bonded for commercial jobs?
Yes. Ask for the paperwork and we will send it over.
Do you cover commercial properties in Peachtree City and Fayetteville?
Yes. We light businesses in Tyrone, Peachtree City, Fayetteville and the towns nearby.
When should a business request holiday lighting?
Early in the fall. Commercial installs use the same calendar as homes, and early requests pick their dates first.
Can you handle tall or awkward rooflines?
Yes. We plan the equipment around the height and roof shape before quoting, and our insurance covers the work.
Subdivisions and HOAs
Do you light HOA entrances and subdivisions in Fayette County?
Yes. Entrance monuments, community signs, clubhouses, pools and shared landscaping are all on our list.
What does HOA Christmas lighting run?
We use the same $8 to $15 per linear foot rate, with extras such as trees and monument details added on. A written proposal comes from your list of locations.
Can you give our board something in writing?
Yes. The proposal lays out the locations, price and timing, and we take questions straight from board members.
Can you do a neighborhood entrance sign?
Yes. Signs, columns, walls and the beds around them are the most common community jobs we get.
Can residents hire you as well?
Yes. We can quote individual homes in a matching style and bill each homeowner on their own.
Do you follow our covenants on color and timing?
Yes. Send us the rules and we design inside them.
Who takes the lights down?
We do, in early January, and we store them afterward.
Can everything be done before our holiday event?
Give us the date and we will schedule backward from it so the lights are on in time.
Who do we call if something goes out mid-season?
Call or text 470-748-3065 and we will handle the repair.
Do you carry insurance for community work?
Yes, insured and bonded, with proof available whenever the board asks.
Rates
What is the going rate per foot for Christmas lights in Georgia?
For us, $8 to $15 per linear foot of roofline, installed. That figure already includes lights, labor, repairs, takedown and storage.
Why is there a spread between $8 and $15?
No two roofs take the same effort. Height, pitch and how many corners and peaks you have all change the time and equipment involved.
How do you work out my total?
We measure the length of every edge you want lit, then apply a rate inside the range based on height, pitch and detail.
What should a typical Tyrone home expect to pay?
It comes down to roofline length. A short, simple front costs less than a long, multi-gabled one. Send your address and photos for an exact figure.
Is paying a professional worth it?
Lots of homeowners decide it is. You skip the ladder, the shopping, the repairs and the storage, and an insured crew does the work.
Would DIY be cheaper?
The lights alone cost less than our service. But then the climbing, fixing, takedown and storage are yours too.
What is not covered by the per-foot rate?
Tree wrapping, wreaths, shrubs, walkway lights and ground displays. Those are priced by size and quantity.
Do I pay extra for the lights?
No. We supply them, and they are built into the rate.
Is takedown or storage a separate fee?
No. Both are already in your price.
Do repair visits cost extra?
Not during the season. They are covered.
Will you add a fee for driving to Peachtree City or Fayetteville?
No. We price the work at your property, not the miles.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. It is free and carries no obligation.
Why do two-story homes cost more?
Mostly the height. A higher eave needs bigger equipment and a longer setup. Pitch and detail add to it.
Can I do the roofline now and add trees later?
Yes, and many customers do exactly that, adding wreaths and trees in later years.
Scheduling and takedown
What are the steps in Christmas light installation?
You request a quote. We measure and price your roofline. You pick a date. We install. We repair anything that fails. In early January we take it down and store it.
How long does a Christmas light job take?
Most homes are finished in one visit. Larger or more detailed jobs run longer, and you will hear that from us in advance.
Will I know when you arrive?
Yes. You get a message when the crew arrives and another when we finish.
How should I prepare for install day?
Make sure we can reach the outlet and that gates are unlocked. Pets are best kept inside while we work.
Do you work in the rain?
No. A wet roof is unsafe, so we move the job to the next dry day and tell you.
When do the lights come down?
Early January. Need a different date? Tell us and we will fit it in.
Where do the lights go afterward?
Into our storage until next season.
Do you leave the yard clean?
Yes. When we finish, the property is left tidy.
What is the ideal timing for putting up lights in Georgia?
Fall is comfortable weather for roof work, and many people want lights ready by Thanksgiving. Tell us your date and we will plan around it.
Can I tweak the design later?
Call us. Small adjustments are usually easy, and bigger ones can be quoted.
